Provides employee lifecycle and HR operations support for assigned business functions and an assigned country, from offer through exit, while coordinating with People partners and specialists.
What you'll do
- Manage hiring, onboarding, employee data changes, offboarding, HR cases, and employee records.
- Support People Business Partners with employee relations documentation, promotion and compensation processes, surveys, reporting, and compliance.
- Maintain country-specific HR knowledge, support local filings, and improve shared-services processes and documentation.
