Own strategic enterprise AI deployments from scoping through production launch and customer self-sufficiency, directing delivery teams and managing customer and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Define engagement scope, timelines, exit criteria, and approve SOWs for new and expansion work.
- Plan and lead deployment execution, including customer dependencies, risks, validation, go-live, and hypercare.
- Direct Forward Deployed Engineers and Customer Solutions Engineers, enable customer teams, and turn delivery lessons into reusable patterns.

- 5+ years owning complex enterprise technical deployments end to end.
- Track record delivering multi-workstream enterprise deployments to on-time go-live, including customer-side dependencies.
- Engineering or technical background with fluency in cloud architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and integration patterns.

Nice to have

From $160,000 to $190,000 per year (USD, base salary)
