Supports Samsara’s sales teams with technical inquiries, trials, integrations, product learning content, and hardware and software testing to demonstrate solutions to prospective customers.
What you'll do
- Monitor the inbound technical question queue and provide technical assistance to sales teams and account teams.
- Support technical trials and create scripts or integrations for proof of concepts; produce digital product and installation content.
- Maintain hardware and software lab infrastructure, participate in product testing, and coordinate cross-functional prospect support.
