About the job
Own enterprise public-sector customer relationships and guide deployment, training, and adoption of Samsara’s IoT platform.
What you'll do
- Manage customer deployments, create launch plans, and track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
- Train and support executives and users, explain platform capabilities, and resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate customer engagements across internal teams and mentor Customer Success and Support colleagues.
