About the job
Manages implementation and adoption of Samsara’s IoT platform for enterprise customers, guiding deployments, training users, and coordinating across teams to achieve customer value.
What you'll do
- Manage customer technology deployments; create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps, and track implementation progress and adoption.
- Train and advise executives and day-to-day users, demonstrate the platform, and resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate multiple customer engagements with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product; mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
