What you'll do
- Own collections performance across enterprise accounts, including past-due reduction and dispute resolution.
- Coach and manage collections staff, lead strategic initiatives, and handle complex customer escalations.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve payment blockers and improve workflows, automation, and SOX compliance.
