About the job
Leads the Enterprise Implementation Consultants team in deploying Samsara’s connected operations platform for large enterprise accounts and improving implementation processes.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop the team while delivering team KPIs and organizational OKRs.
- Lead executive stakeholder relationships and escalations for at-risk, high-value accounts; coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
- Guide complex, multi-site implementations and improve processes through greater efficiency, data use, and automation.
