Leads Enterprise Implementation Consultants delivering hardware deployment, software configuration, and integrations for major enterprise accounts while improving implementation processes and team performance.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop the implementation team; deliver team KPIs and organizational OKRs.
- Own executive stakeholder relationships and escalations for at-risk, high-ACV accounts, coordinating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
- Improve implementation processes through efficiency gains, data use, and automation; guide complex, multi-site deployments.
