Leads a global team managing operational execution and manufacturing launch of hardware products from concept through mass production and sustained volume.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a North America- and Asia-based Operations Program Management team, coordinating cross-functional product launches.
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing execution, including program plans, schedules, budgets, risks, factory readiness, capacity, and process development.
- Drive cost reduction and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
