Partners with GTM and Sales leaders to align people and talent strategies with business outcomes and address organizational challenges.
What you'll do
- Advise sales and GTM leaders, diagnose organizational needs, and recommend business-aligned solutions.
- Lead talent management, compensation and rewards programs, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate across the People function and champion Samsara’s culture; travel roughly once per quarter.
