About the job
Provides technical pre-sales support for Samsara’s IoT solutions, helping mid-market customers evaluate, implement, and integrate products for physical operations.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer discovery, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof-of-concept implementations to support sales.
- Advise on hardware installation and deployment plans; write and document scripts using Samsara’s open API.
- Translate customer technical feedback for product and sales teams and support account expansion through consulting.
