About the job
Leads enterprise customer implementations of Samsara’s IoT platform, helping customers deploy the technology, adopt products, and achieve operational value.
What you'll do
- Manage customer deployments, create launch plans, and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
- Train customers and explain platform capabilities to executives and day-to-day users; resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate across customer and internal teams, manage multiple engagements, and mentor Customer Success and Support colleagues.
