Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting

What you'll do

• Lead complex contract reviews and document revenue recognition positions in accounting memos; advise on deal structuring before contracts are signed.
• Improve revenue systems, close processes, and SOX controls; lead audit readiness and work with internal and external auditors.
• Build AI-enabled revenue workflows and lead, develop, and manage the accounting team.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ASC 606 revenue recognition at a public company, high-growth technology company, or in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing customer contracts and writing technical revenue recognition memos; improving or automating accounting processes and controls, including hands-on ERP or revenue subledger work.
• Experience owning SOX controls and supporting audits; experience leading, managing, or mentoring accountants.

Nice to have

• Active CPA license or CPA eligibility; Big 4 or national public accounting experience with technical revenue or SEC reporting exposure.
• Experience with SaaS or hardware-plus-software arrangements, deal structuring, revenue systems, novel accounting policies, or applying AI or analytics to accounting work.

Pay

$107,240 — $153,200 USD (base salary)
