Own project workstreams and reporting that improve Enterprise sales operations, reduce pipeline friction, and help sales teams work more effectively.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end workstreams to improve Enterprise sales processes, including request intake and prioritization.
- Build project dashboards, analyses, recommendations, and KPIs; track results and report progress to stakeholders.
- Partner across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales Strategy, and GTM Systems; use AI and automation to accelerate routine work and analysis.

- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/operations role.
- Demonstrated ability to own workstreams end-to-end with minimal guidance, including post-launch metric monitoring.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and experience with Lead-to-Cash systems and business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-consensus skills.

$79,432.50 — $120,150 USD (base salary)
