Leads enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of Samsara’s IoT platform, coordinating stakeholders and helping them achieve operational value.
What you'll do
- Manage large-scale customer deployments, create launch plans, and track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
- Train and advise executives and day-to-day users, explain platform capabilities, and resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate across internal teams, manage multiple customer engagements, and mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
