About the job
Designs and delivers scalable customer training programs that help commercial and mid-market customers learn and adopt Samsara’s platform.
What you'll do
- Build and facilitate cohort-based programs, webinars, and other structured learning experiences from onboarding through advanced adoption.
- Create and update training materials, manage live-session logistics, and adapt content to product changes and audience needs.
- Analyze customer knowledge gaps and training impact, then collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to improve programs.
