About the job
Supports end-to-end production of Samsara’s customer conference, Go Beyond programs, and other events, coordinating event content, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Coordinate keynote and breakout planning and execution with internal teams, production vendors, and venue partners.
- Build production timelines, schedule rehearsals, source vehicles and equipment, and manage executive schedules and speakers.
- Review venue contracts, coordinate expo production, and oversee multiple events with overlapping schedules.
