Leads implementation and adoption of Samsara’s IoT platform for enterprise customers, managing deployments, training, and customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Manage customer deployments, launch plans, implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
- Train customers and demonstrate the platform to executives and day-to-day users.
- Coordinate multiple engagements with cross-functional teams and mentor Customer Success and Support colleagues.
