Claims Sr Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee claims from intake through resolution and financial recovery, including deadlines, disputes, and provider relationships.
• Lead and develop the US–Mexico team and improve claims processes, systems, automation, and analytics.
• Track claims performance and financial exposure, report to leadership, and use root-cause analysis to reduce damage and loss.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience in logistics claims management, transportation, supply chain, or a related operations function.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience managing final-mile and/or parcel carrier claims across multiple providers; strong understanding of carrier liability, filing requirements, and contract-based recovery.
• Experience managing cross-border or bilingual teams; proficiency in claims systems, carrier portals, and reporting tools; experience with AI-assisted tools, automation, or advanced analytics in logistics or operations.

Nice to have

• D2C or omnichannel retail logistics experience, especially for large-format products; familiarity with Samsung or comparable consumer electronics and appliance supply chains.
• Experience with TMS and carrier EDI/API integrations, AI/ML-powered claims platforms, relevant carrier-liability frameworks, or Six Sigma/Lean process improvement.
