Monitors and improves wafer fabrication processes, qualifies processes on new tools, and resolves production issues to enhance process capability and yield.
What you'll do
- Monitor in-line wafer fabrication issues, make processing decisions, and adjust parameters when they exceed limits.
- Qualify processes on new tools and coordinate qualifications and equipment downtime with manufacturing or equipment engineering.
- Analyze process data, implement process improvements, and maintain procedures and technical communications.
