Supports wet-etch manufacturing by responding to product quality issues and production constraints, qualifying equipment, investigating root causes, and managing affected wafers.
What you'll do
- Plan product-wafer quality qualification after tool maintenance and respond to SPC interlocks by investigating possible root causes.
- Determine and execute disposition plans for wafers affected by tool faults, including creating modified recipes when needed.
- Investigate manufacturing constraints involving tool availability and product movement.
