Supports Samsung’s Wet Etch/Cleans manufacturing processes by investigating product quality and production issues, qualifying equipment, and managing affected wafers and production flow.
What you'll do
- Create qualification plans to monitor wafer quality after equipment maintenance.
- Investigate SPC interlocks and manufacturing constraints, including root causes and tool availability.
- Determine wafer disposition after tool faults and, when needed, create modified recipes to complete processing.
