Maintains and improves wafer fabrication equipment and processes, troubleshoots issues, qualifies new equipment, and supports yield and cost improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor equipment, respond to issues, adjust parameters, and check tools after maintenance.
- Qualify manufacturing equipment and coordinate qualification schedules and downtime.
- Analyze data, improve processes and SOPs, and pursue yield and cost improvements.

- BS or MS in a listed field: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; Physics; Chemistry; Material Science; or Computer Science (new graduates need a 3.0 GPA or better).
- Experience scripting in Python, VBA, or an equivalent language; understanding of statistical methods.
- Change Point Management experience and understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles; structured problem-solving skills.
- Troubleshooting equipment or process failures; ability to work shifts in a 24x7 manufacturing environment and meet the stated physical and clean-room requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with software data analysis tools such as Spotfire, JMP, or Matlab.
