About the job
Maintains, troubleshoots, and recovers CVD equipment, including performing preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment signals, and coordinating tool recovery and material disposition.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled maintenance and equipment qualifications according to SOPs; troubleshoot failures and carry out breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor equipment processes and trends, respond to abnormal signals and interlocks, and recover tools from faults.
- Coordinate PM schedules and recovery ETAs, communicate tool-interruption details to Process teams, and create or update SOPs.
