About the job
Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and recovery of CVD equipment, including tool qualification after maintenance.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled maintenance and equipment recovery following SOPs; troubleshoot failures and breakdowns.
- Monitor equipment trends and abnormal signals, respond to interlocks, and communicate tool interruptions and recovery ETAs.
- Work with supervisors, engineers, and process teams; document or update SOPs and follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
