Lead the CVD/Thin Films process engineering organization, overseeing technical governance, team leadership, 2nm readiness, and operational performance at a semiconductor fabrication facility.
What you'll do
- Translate site and departmental objectives into operational plans; allocate resources and coordinate with Equipment Engineering and Process Operations.
- Coach and oversee Process TRs, performance management, team culture, and escalation resolution.
- Provide technical oversight of 2nm processes, risk management, process systems, safety, tool qualification, continuous improvement, and executive reporting.
