Supervises CVD BEOL equipment activity on the B shift, coordinating maintenance, equipment priorities, issue escalation, and technician support.
What you'll do
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, PM execution, and equipment priorities; improve interlock hold-to-release time and PM turnaround to qualification.
- Serve as the shift point of contact for equipment issues and escalations, communicating equipment status and progress to leadership.
- Train, mentor, staff, and develop technicians; support problem resolution and consistent protocols across shifts.
