About the job
Supervise CVD BEOL equipment operations and technicians on the C shift, ensuring maintenance execution, issue resolution, and equipment priorities are met.
What you'll do
- Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment priorities, interlock hold-to-release improvements, and PM turnaround to qualification.
- Serve as the shift point of contact for equipment issues and escalations; communicate equipment status and progress to leadership.
- Train, mentor, staff, and provide development feedback to technicians, and coordinate consistent protocols across shifts.
