Maintains and troubleshoots semiconductor diffusion equipment and supports manufacturing operations for memory and logic chip production.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
- Work with engineers and senior personnel on equipment setup, calibration, and breakdown maintenance; document or update SOPs.
- Train junior technicians as needed and handle parts sent to or received from clean or repair.
