Maintains and qualifies wafer-fabrication Diffusion processes, responds to production issues, and develops process and device improvements to enhance yield.
What you'll do
- Monitor and resolve in-line Diffusion issues, qualify processes on advanced tools, and coordinate qualifications and equipment downtime.
- Analyze process data, adjust parameters, and monitor equipment performance after maintenance; manage process and equipment change points.
- Update SOPs and develop device improvements through cross-departmental experiments and risk mitigation.
