What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 technicians; coordinate meetings, workloads, and sustaining activities.
- Monitor equipment and technician response, addressing out-of-control or out-of-specification conditions to protect production and quality.
- Improve operational documentation and procedures, and supervise electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
