Provides legal leadership and advice on commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters for Samsung Electronics America’s mobile business.
What you'll do
- Negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial agreements and assess related risks.
- Advise internal stakeholders on commercial objectives, contracts, telecommunications and environmental regulations, and business initiatives or product launches.
- Review product and service materials and terms, identify emerging legal risks, and improve standard agreements, policies, and legal operations related to commercial transactions and AI adoption.
