Supports and improves dry etch equipment and factory performance through troubleshooting, maintenance, qualification, data analysis, and corrective action.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment with technicians and engineers, emphasizing root-cause analysis, standardization, and 5S.
- Qualify tools, disposition lots, reduce interlocks and alarms, and monitor trends with Tool Owners to implement corrective actions.
- Run experiments and use TPM and LEAN methods to improve capacity, tool variation, defect performance, and long-term issue prevention.
