About the job
Supports and improves semiconductor etch equipment and factory performance through troubleshooting, maintenance, qualification, experiments, and corrective actions.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment with technicians and engineers, applying root-cause analysis, standardization, and 5S.
- Sustain factory operations through tool qualifications, lot dispositions, interlock/alarm reduction, and regular trend monitoring.
- Run experiments and analyze data to improve capacity, tool-to-tool variation, and defect performance; implement long-term corrective solutions.
