What you'll do
- Monitor etch-process issues and ensure timely wafer disposition; qualify processes on advanced tools.
- Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime, analyze process data, and adjust parameters while monitoring equipment performance.
- Manage etch process and equipment change points and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
