About the job
Maintains and improves wafer-fabrication etch processes by responding to production issues, qualifying processes, analyzing data, and enhancing yield.
What you'll do
- Monitor and resolve in-line etch issues, including timely wafer disposition; qualify etch processes on advanced tools.
- Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime, adjust process parameters, and monitor equipment performance after maintenance.
- Manage etch process and equipment change points, analyze process data, and update SOPs.

- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and their implementation, and familiarity with Advanced Process Control (APC) techniques.
