What you'll do
- Monitor in-line etch issues and qualify etch processes on advanced tools.
- Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime; analyze data, adjust process parameters, and monitor equipment performance.
- Manage etch process and equipment change points and update Standard Operating Procedures.
