What you'll do
- Monitor etch-process issues and ensure timely wafer disposition; qualify etch processes on advanced tools.
- Coordinate qualifications and equipment downtime, analyze process data, and adjust parameters while monitoring equipment performance.
- Manage process and equipment change points and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
