What you'll do
- Troubleshoot process issues and analyze experiments to reduce defects, improve process control, and increase throughput.
- Contain critical fab events, document root causes and corrective/preventive actions in reports such as 8D, and support product quality.
- Train and mentor junior staff and support technology-node transfers and factory ramps through process or equipment setup and qualification.
