Supports Samsung Austin Semiconductor’s import trade compliance by classifying shipments, maintaining import records, responding to Customs requests, and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers.
What you'll do
- Research and classify import parts, verifying tariff numbers, origin, quantity, valuation, and government-agency information.
- Support import compliance activities, including audits, risk assessments, C-TPAT, FTZ operations, and Customs portal updates.
- Coordinate with company departments, freight forwarders, and Customs brokers to resolve import issues and facilitate shipment release.
