Integrate and optimize FEOL RPMG and CTSDB processes for Samsung’s 2nm GAAFET technology, using process and device data to improve performance, yield, and manufacturability.
What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize RPMG and CTSDB modules, responding to process risks and issues with unit-process teams.
- Run and analyze experiments and metrology data to identify failure causes and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze process and yield datasets and collaborate with Device and Layout teams on manufacturability.
