Maintains and improves semiconductor photolithography processes and equipment to support wafer production and enhance yield.
What you'll do
- Monitor production processes, address in-line issues, and qualify processes on new tools.
- Analyze process data, adjust parameters, and execute process or equipment changes to improve capability.
- Coordinate qualification schedules and equipment downtime, communicate technical information, and revise SOPs.
