Performs equipment and process support, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and quality-related tasks for CMP semiconductor manufacturing of logic chips.
What you'll do
- Maintain equipment, processes, and systems according to standard operating procedures; support setup and calibration.
- Analyze failures, troubleshoot using scripts, and monitor equipment and processes to identify improvements.
- Collect and evaluate operating data, make in-line adjustments, and perform rework and quality testing.
