Provides technical leadership for facility HVAC and exhaust systems at a semiconductor fab, supporting system reliability, capacity, air-permit compliance, and uninterrupted operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee and communicate with operations, instrumentation, maintenance, and external resources to sustain facilities and equipment.
- Review and analyze process and equipment data to verify operation within specifications, including water treatment, chemical injection, and piping-material interactions.
- Lead air-abatement optimization and support exhaust-system testing and balancing, air-permit compliance, and CDA and process-vacuum systems.
