Maintains, troubleshoots, and improves semiconductor implant and anneal equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Perform electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance on implanter and anneal tool sets, and learn equipment recovery procedures.
- Follow safety practices and procedures while supporting daily fab operations and sustaining activities.
