Maintains, troubleshoots, and improves semiconductor implant and anneal production equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, mechanical assembly and disassembly, and electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment.
- Follow safety practices, SOPs, PTPs, and OCAPs while supporting daily fab activities and operational improvements.
- Learn equipment recovery procedures and tool interfaces, and cross-train on ion-implantation, rapid thermal processing, and process-team work.
