Leads an Implant Department shift team maintaining semiconductor production equipment and improving quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership.
What you'll do
- Monitor equipment status and performance, review trend data, and analyze alarms to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Coordinate team meetings and daily workloads, and ensure safe, efficient use of procedures and action plans.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and improve operational documents and processes to prevent recurring failures.
