What you'll do
- Manage and develop the engineering team, including hiring, performance reviews, operational approvals, and mentorship.
- Lead project delivery, oversee external engineering firms, and review and approve GCS design packages and construction documents.
- Monitor construction for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance; coordinate technical responses and project closeout.
