Supervises a team of manufacturing personnel in a high-volume semiconductor fab, managing production flow and resolving operational issues to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 manufacturing personnel, including coaching, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Monitor production issues, WIP flow, inventory, and capacity; take corrective action and escalate risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement, cycle-time optimization, and shift-level performance.
