What you'll do
- Analyze inventory and manage production lines to optimize WIP flow, address bottlenecks, and support output targets.
- Respond to production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams on capacity planning, WIP flow, and tool PM/BM strategies.
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 personnel, including coaching, evaluations, and communication across shifts and organizational levels.
